This beautiful ground floor villa is located centrally to the lively, wonderful resort of Flic en Flac, only 5 mins walk to the beach, shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. The accomodation comprises 3 bedrooms, beautifully styled family sized kitchen, large and roomy living room/dining room and double bathroom. The main bedroom is air conditioned and has ensuite shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are equipped with electric air fans and all are fully furnished.

The whole ground floor is entirely fully-furnished, with all utensils, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, cooker, ceiling fans, TV/DVD and bedding. There is also free wi-fi available throughout.

The property proudly boasts its own terrace and outdoor seating area, private swimming pool, secure parking and beautiful greenery, which allows our guests peace, calm and beautiful surroundings.

We are a Mauritian/English family, and have much experience of the island and the visitor attractions, as well as being able to advise on many of the prices, facilities and amenities Mauritius has to offer. We want our guests to have the best experience and so will be happy to be on hand to help, if required. We are available for any length of time for rental, and the current price is Rs1000 per person per night. Longer-term rentals for 2011 can be negotiated.

The location is perfect for those who want to be close enough to everything to explore, but yet just behind the main tourist area, which is also peaceful, quiet and relaxing when this kind of atmosphere is wanted.
